Toshiba AC100 – Toshiba’s first Android Smartbook

Toshiba AC100 Netbook is Toshiba’s first smartbook as well as its first Android product.

This Android Netbook has the Libretto W100 dual screen. It comes with Android 2.1 and 1GHz NVIDIA Tegra 250 Mobile processor. According to the company, the Toshiba AC100 will be available in the market with the price tag of Rs 18,721.

Toshiba AC100 smartbook features a 10.1” touch screen display which provides the resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels. The storage systems of device come in at about a minimum of 8 GB and a maximum of 32 GB in flash storage. 512 MB of internal memory is available in it for the users.

The webcam of Toshiba's AC100 netbook is the 1.3 megapixel type with integrated microphone. The dimensions are estimated at 10.3 x 7.5 x 0.8 inches. It weighs about 870 grams. The battery lasts up to 8 hours and includes about 180 hours of standby time.

Toshiba's AC100 Android smartbook includes HDMI, the mini USB port, the main USB port, an audio facility and the SD card slot. It also features Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and 3G. it is just 14 mm thick that makes easy to put into any bag and carry around.
